What is this role about?

You will be on a mission to help our partners onboard as many people into crypto as possible. You will do this by selling our amazing fiat<>crypto onramp exchange widget and white label exchange API products. Your goal this year is to onboard a specific number of exchange widget partners and white label API partners. In order to achieve this you will firstly follow a prescribed sales process and use the latest tools available for digital sales experts. At later stages you will get the opportunity to improve the inefficiencies and scale the sale process with additional team members and other resources.

In this role you will be: 

  • Using Pipedrive to systematically push the deals through the sales pipeline while making sure your activities are always up to date
  • Researching potential partners, generating new leads, importing them into Pipedrive, reaching out to them via email and upgrading them to potential deals
  • Scheduling meetings with potential partners to qualify them for our widget or white label api offers, collecting information from them and assuring good customer fit
  • Improving our offer presentation as you learn what works best
  • Using Pipedrive to keep track of all lost deals and reasons
  • Negotiating commercials with potential partners on Google Meet calls and by email
  • Making sure that contracts get signed and partners are properly onboarded (you will be using tools such as DocuSign)

Job requirements


We are looking for someone who:

  • Is familiar with Pipedrive (or any other CRM), is able to follow a prescribed sales process and can manage all the sales activities in Pipedrive. If you are not familiar with Pipedrive you will need to get to know Pipedrive inside and out.

  • Has 2+ years of inside sales experience and lead generation.

  • Has a proven track record of successfully working in B2B or SaaS sales and securing deals (onboarding new partners). It is of crucial importance that the candidate understands how to run sales processes in an online/digital environment. Please note that this is not an in-person sales role.

  • Has immaculate English Language skills and is confident in writing high-quality emails and generally in communicating well with our potential partners.

  • Has excellent interpersonal / communication skills

  • Is able to create presentations and present the content in interesting and engaging ways

  • Is independent, fast-thinking and good at improvising

  • Is positive, open minded and adaptive to ongoing coaching

  • Has a passion for crypto

  • Has experience in working within a startup environment


Ideal, but not a must:

  • Is crypto “acquainted”
