What is this role about?

As one of the first Kriptomat's marketing hires, you will develop and execute “hard” sides of marketing, that is, PR outreach, affiliate outreach ​​and paid and non-paid search/SEO. In other words cold outreaching and nurturing leads. In the first 6-8 months in this role, expect a contest between you and our first full-time Email Outreach Marketer. More on this during our meetings. Being the email outreach marketer at a startup is about being a single player. It’s a hard job. Think about whether you have an appetite. As an early member of a high-growth startup, you will be involved in medium-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution. Working directly with affiliate, SEO and content team, this is a great opportunity to be a part of the marketing execution team.

In this role you will :

  • Own the sales pipeline quality and volume
  • Own the outreach strategy and execution campaigns across the stages: cold, follow-ups, managing conversations and organising the team to deliver what clients need
  • Drive acquisition of relevant SEO, PR and affiliate partners
  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals
  • Keep a pulse on marketing performance, continue to optimize email funnels and campaigns to reach growth goals
  • Deliver regular updates to founders, complete tasks successfully and overcome challenges

Job requirements


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3 years of B2B marketing experience 

  • 2 years of email outreach experience

  • Previous experience in a marketing team of 5+ people

  • Previous marketing experience working in the technology industry

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently

  • A desire to work remotely and overlap with GMT+1


Ideal, but not a must:

  • Experience in eCommerce/retail sector with knowledge of vertical insights and context

  • Attention to detail, highly analytical and data-driven tech savvy

  • Self-directed, proactive and solution-focused with the ability to take initiative

  • Advanced experience in managing deals in Pipedrive or similar tool
