What is the role about?

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be on a mission to help us source, contact, screen and place the best talent, keeping in mind the long-term strategic aims of our business.

You will be involved in formulating and placing job advertisements, reviewing applications, actively sourcing through online channels, building talent pools and managing the overall interview process. In this role, you will work closely with our TA & HR Manager.


In this role you will:

  • Actively source exceptional talents
  • Assist in formulating Job Ads and placing them on various job portals and social media
  • Screen applications
  • Update candidates’ statuses in our ATS
  • Continuously represent Kriptomat professionally and warmly as the first point of contact towards prospective employees
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience every time
  • Contribute ideas to improve our processes, employer brand and hiring strategy
  • Participate in ad-hoc departmental projects related to employer branding and employee experience

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has worked in Talent Acquisition before
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Is a fast learner
  • Is proactive, result-oriented and with a can-do attitude
  • Is empathetic and the ability to establish good relationships based on trust
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Is comfortable with making decisions independently
  • Is able to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Is proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite, Google Doc, Google Spreadsheets)
  • Has a working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods



Ideal, but not a must:

  • Previous experience in fintech/crypto industry
  • Fluency in Serbian, Slovenian, Bosnian or Croatian
  • Tech savvy
  • Has 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
